Penndel Police Seeking Park Bullies

A teen boy and girl punched the boy, hit him with a sandal and threw his scooter into a dumpster, according to the child's mother.

PENNDEL BOROUGH, PA — Police in Penndel Borough are asking for the public's help finding a pair of teens who reportedly attacked a younger child recently.

According to police, a woman came to the police station to report that, on Friday, June 21, her son had been assaulted at the Penndel Recreation Field, at 600 PFC John Delola Ave. According to the woman, an older boy, between 14-16 years old, pushed her son against a fence and struck him in the face twice.

A girl about the same age also hit him in the face with a sandal, the woman said. The two also took the boy's scooter and threw it into a dumpster, she said.

Police officers patrolled the area, but weren't able to find the teens.
