Pennsbury Prom To Take Road Trip Across America

FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — The Pennsbury High School Senior Prom usually bills itself as the prom of all proms in the Philadelphia region.

The prom Saturday at Pennsbury High School East promises the same surprises.

This year's theme focuses on travel.

"How can one visit all 50 states in one evening? By attending the 'Best Prom in America.' The Pennsbury High School Class of 2026 will hit the road without leaving their hometown when Road Trip Across America takes over their school," officials said.

Pennsbury High School’s prom will take attendees on a whirlwind tour of the United States, capturing the experience and excitement of traveling with close friends, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The typical all-American high school will be transformed into the ultimate road trip through the tireless work of students, staff, and community members who have been planning for this night for the past year.

Road Trip Across America will feature immersive and elaborate decor, iconic destinations, photo stations, the best-dressed student body, and, of course, great music.

And, which entertainer will celebrate with the Class of 2026?

Rumors have been swirling for months.

Past performers include John Mayer, The Plain White T’s, Natasha Beddingfield, The Sugar Hill Gang, DJ Pauly D of MTV’s Jersey Shore, Questlove, and more.

The prom was voted Best Prom in America by Reader’s Digest.

Pennsbury’s prom is a testament to the creativity, dedication, and the power of the school community, which, year after year, comes together to give the senior class one last magical experience before graduation.

In 2019, the school shattered the Guinness World Record for the most lipstick kiss prints on a mural.

The 63-foot-long, 11-foot-high 3D mural, which used 41,692 kisses, spelled out "Rock Music" to fit the theme of Prom to the Music.

The creation of the mural took a village, with students and community members creating kiss prints during sporting events, special school events, prom committee meetings, and in their homes.
