Police Investigating Bomb Threat At Pennsbury High
Officials alerted the Pennsbury school community about the bomb threat reported on Thursday.
FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — Police are investigating a bomb threat at Pennsbury High School on Thursday.
School officials reported a "Low-Level Threat (Level 1) incident" that occurred at the high school in which two students shared threatening text messages they received from students who they believe do not attend the school.
In a letter on Thursday to the Pennsbury School Community, Schools Superintendent Thomas A. Smith and Pennsbury High Campus Principal Reggie Meadows said one of the messages said “Ima bomb y'all school.”

School officials said the student’s concerns were addressed promptly by school administrators and local law enforcement was called.
"We do not believe there is an ongoing threat to students or staff, and the school day is continuing as normal," school officials said.

Police remained at the high school for the rest of the day on Thursday as a precaution.
