- Project Timeline: A breakdown of the projected timeline, from initial construction phases to completion.
- Estimated Costs: A presentation of the current cost estimates for the project, covering all major aspects of the build.
Smith said that while the update will review "significant progress that has been made," there are still several important steps that must occur before the project can start.

The district contracted KCBA Architects of Hatfield for $8.8 million in March to oversee the new high school's architectural design, which is known as the “Pennsbury Path.”
KCBA Architects has a history with the district. It is currently working on renovations at Charles Boehm Middle School in Lower Makefield Township.
The district has scheduled the school’s opening for winter 2029, with construction expected to begin in 2025.
The new high school is proposed to be between 475,000 and 505,000 square feet and accommodate up to 2,800 students at a cost of between $240 million and $275 million.
The Pennsbury School Board voted 8-1 to build a new high school over renovating its West campus last year.
