MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —With a little more than six weeks to go, Halloween is already haunting the Oxford Valley Mall.

Spirit Halloween stores have opened around Lower Bucks County and the region, and one has set up shop on the upper level of the Oxford Valley Mall in the former Sears building.

The South Jersey-based chain plans to open 1,500 seasonal locations throughout the country by mid-September. Most of them are now open as Spirit Halloween celebrates its 40th anniversary.
