'Champions Of Commerce' Announced In Lower Bucks
The Lower Bucks County Chamber has announced its "Champions of Commerce" award winners for 2023. Winners will be recognized Thursday.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —TMA Bucks, Northpoint Development, and the Yardley Restaurant Group are among Lower Bucks County's "Champions of Commerce."
The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce recently announced its nine 2023 award winners in various categories for their business achievements throughout the past year.
“This not only serves as a celebration of business achievements but also stands as a testament to the uniqueness of our community. Each year, we unveil those who propel innovation, nurture collaboration, and shape the future of commerce, thereby ensuring that Bucks County thrives and flourishes. These champions are the heartbeat of our community, and it's essential we acknowledge their contributions," said Joseph Szafran, the chamber's executive director.

The 2023 Champions of Commerce Awards is presented by Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic/St. Mary Medical Center, and features emcee Trish Hartman from Action News 6. It honors and celebrates the leadership of individuals, businesses, and non-profits that serve as powerful champions for the good of the Lower Bucks County community.
From corporate social responsibility champions to non-profit organizations that help solve the
Lower Bucks County region’s greatest challenges, this event honors purposeful community
leadership, efforts that make a positive impact, and strengthening the local community.

The 2023 Champions of Commerce Award winners include:
Community Impact: TMA Bucks
Community Impact Champion: Presented to a person or business that has helped elevate and
improve the quality of life in Lower Bucks County. Nominees in this category may be creators or
stewards of art & community culture, or they may create or improve parks and other open
spaces, plan community events, and or create community centers.
Community Outreach: Dr. Michael Magro, St. Mary Medical Center
Community Outreach Champion: Presented to a person or business dedicated to driving and
achieving positive change in our community. Nominees in this category may be those who
create quality services, or those who provide resources directly.
Economic Impact: NorthPoint Development, Inc.
Economic Impact Champion: Presented to a business that has demonstrated a commitment to
investing in job creation and growth opportunities in their business and/or community, providing
a vision that will impact the economy of Bucks County over the next three years.
Entrepreneur of the Year: Wendy Ianieri-Salerno, Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo
Entrepreneur of the Year Champion: Presented to an individual who has taken a risk, persevered and succeeded in their professional career.
Industry Innovator: Environmental Tectonics Corporation
Industry Innovator Champion: Presented to a business or entity that has successfully developed
or implemented innovative technology.
Non-Profit: Family Service Association of Bucks County
Non-Profit Champion: Recognizes a non-profit organization (501c3) that has made significant
contributions and demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the betterment of Bucks County.
Startup: Yardley Restaurant Group
Startup Champion: Presented to a business, formed after January 2023, that has shown growth
and development while overcoming obstacles and creating an organization and/or product from
the ground up.
Workforce Development: Bucks County Community College Center for Advanced Technologies
Workforce Development Champion: Honors an individual, organization, or business that has
played a pivotal role in creating a thriving and sustainable workforce by implementing innovative
programs, providing resources, and advocating for workforce development initiatives in Lower
Bucks County.
Young Professional of the Year: Ryan Gordon, Raymond James
Young Professional of the Year: Presented to a Young Professional who is 45 or under and
demonstrates personal and professional leadership and community service.
Nominations were held online, and winners were selected for each category by a panel. The
winners will be recognized at the Champions of Commerce Awards ceremony, which at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at The Fuge, 780 Falcon Cir #200, Warminster.
