
On December 12, 2018, students from Harry S Truman High School competed against 300 students in the District 10 DECA Conference and Competition at Temple University. Pennsylvania DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.
Fifteen students participated, with fourteen placing in the top of their categories, allowing them to continue to the State Leadership Conference and Competition that will be held in Hershey, Pennsylvania in February 2019. While in Hershey, the students will compete against the top winners in the other 11 districts in Pennsylvania in their respective categories.
