U.S. Marshals Nab Bucks Co. Man On Weapons Offense: Feds
A Bucks County man was arrested in a Tullytown apartment Wednesday on federal weapons charges, officials said.
MIDDLETOWN, PA - A 50-year-old Bucks County man was arrested in a Tullytown apartment Wednesday as part of local and federal investigations on weapons and other offenses, authorities said.
John Palaio, Jr. was charged with possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, among other charges that weren’t immediately clear. Levittown Now reports that Palaio was also charged with criminal use of a communication facility, makes/repairs/sells offensive weapons and multiple counts of drug-related offenses.
The investigation was adopted by the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Task Force around July 7 to assist Middletown Township police in finding and arresting Palaio, U.S. Marshal Rob Clark told Patch.

On Wednesday, Palaio was observed to be inside the apartment and arrested without incident, Clark said. Palaio was then turned over to Middletown police for processing.
