Urban Outfitters Facility To Open In Bristol
Construction on the fabric warehouse is expected to begin this month and be complete by mid-2019.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Clothing retailer Urban Outfitters is opening a 309,000-square-foot facility in Bristol.
The fabric warehouse, will occupy space at Bristol Commerce Center. Construction on the facility is expected to begin this month and to be ready for operation by mid-2019.
"We are thrilled to welcome iconic Philadelphia brand Urban Outfitters as the future tenant of our facility currently under construction," said Jamie Herring, the principal of Herring Properties, the developer of BCC. Herring Properties also recently successfully finished the construction of 2151 Green Lane, an 80,000-square-foot new industrial facility leased to Hughes Enterprises, at the Bristol Commerce Center.

The commerce center is in a designated Keystone Opportuity Expansion Zone through 2022. The designation provides tax breaks to business that relocate or expand in the area.
Current tenants of Bristol Commerce Center include XPO Logistics, AirGas Corporation, Goodyear and PetValu.
