Wawa Plans In Langhorne Move Forward
Developers got preliminary approval for the store, which will have gas pumps, but must return this summer for final approval.
LANGHORNE, PA — Plans for a new Wawa near the I-295 interchange in Langhorne moved forward this week.
At a meeting on Monday, the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors voted to grant preliminary approval for land development at the proposed site, at 639 E. Lincoln Hwy. in Langhorne.
Developers Provco Pinegood Middletown LLC plan to return in the summer, after working to include suggested changes from residents, neighboring businesses, and PennDOT. Those include adding traffic signals at the intersection that would lead into the Wawa store.

The group wants to build a roughly 5,000 square foot Wawa food store on the 1.8-acre property. It would have gas pumps and 62 parking spaces, according to developers.
