They've had a good run. But it's soon time to say goodbye to 2018's Christmas trees. Here's how in Levittown.

LEVITTOWN, PA — It's brought light and joy throughout the holiday season. But, soon, it will be time to say goodbye to your 2018 Christmas tree.
Here's a look at when and how to recycle your Christmas tree in the Levittown area:
Bristol Borough
Christmas trees will be collected on regular trash days, beginning Tuesday, Jan. 8

Bristol Township
Christmas trees will be collected on your regular trash day during the weeks of Jan. 7 and Jan. 14.
Falls Township
Christmas trees will be picked up for composting on Saturday, Jan. 5 and Saturday, Jan. 12. Residents are asked not to put out trees prior to those collection dates. After the Jan. 12 date, trees can be put out with regular trash. Trees over 6-feet should be cut in half. All decorations should be removed.

Middletown Township
Trees will be collected every Wednesday in January. All decorations and plastic bags must be removed.
