Woman Claims $1 Million Lottery Ticket In Fairless Hills (ICYMI)

It's the second lottery ticket worth at least a half-million dollars to be sold in Lower Bucks in the past few days.

FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — A million-dollar lottery ticket has been claimed in Fairless Hills, marking the second time in the past few days a lower Bucks County resident has hit big in the Pennsylvania Lottery.

A woman from Bucks County claimed the winning ticket, said Pennsylvania Lottery spokeswoman Ewa Dworakowski.

Pantry Food Mart, at 102 Trenton Rd., sold the $1 Million Spectacular Scratch-Off ticket, which was claimed Monday, according to lottery officials. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for doing so.

The news comes just days after a scratch-off ticket worth $517,877 was sold in Bensalem. That ticket, sold on Saturday, was in the $20 Extreme Green game.

The $1 Million Spectacular also costs $20 to play. To determine if they've won a prize, players can review the ticket, scan it at a lottery retailer or use the ticket checker feature on the lottery's mobile app.
