LIMERICK TOWNSHIP, PA — Lanes of Route 422 will be restricted around the area this week as roadway improvements get underway, potentially leading to additional delays.
422 eastbound will see one lane closed from Tuesday, Sept. 8 through Friday, Sept. 11 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. A westbound lane will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the same days.
The closures will be in place between Royersford Road and Troutman Road.
Crews will work on pavement preservation, including milling, a bituminous overlay, new pavement markings, and edge line rumble strips. Base repair work will also be completed.
Delays should be expected.
