Beer Garden and Eatery Opens in Royersford Giant

ROYERSFORD, PA -- The shopping experience at the Royersford Giant is going to be a little different from here on out.

The store located at 1824 Ridge Pike now has a beer garden and eatery on its premises.

The garden features a selection of domestic, imported and craft beers. The popular “mix-a-six” option will be available, where customers can create their own six packs from a variety of craft beers. Customers can also choose from eat-in and take-out selections offered, including sandwiches, wraps, subs and salads, and a wide selection of other beverages, Giant said.

“Our Royersford customers can now save time by having the opportunity to purchase beer while shopping for other groceries,” said Erik Keptner, senior vice president of sales, merchandising, and marketing at Giant, in a statement. “In addition to a variety of beer selections and freshly prepared foods, we look forward to introducing wine offerings at our Royersford store in the coming weeks.”

The Beer Garden and Eatery seats 30 and is open Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Including Royersford, a total of 33 Giants now sell beer across Pennsylvania.
