Bench Press Competition
Spring Valley YMCA hosts a Bench Pres Competition! July 26th! Youth Division, Men's Divisions and Women's Division. Open to the community
Sunday, July 26th, 2015
Weigh-in begins at 9:30 am
Competition begins at 10:00 am
Winners will be determined by the amount of weight lifted, divided by their bodyweight. The best of (3) lifts will determine weight lifted.

Men’s Senior Division – Age 40 to 59
Men’s Super Senior Division – Over age 60

$25 Preregistration
$30 Registration after July 15th, 2015
All fees are non-refundable
