I am a big fan of Groupon and use it to try restaurants that I usually wouldn't if I didn't have a discount/coupon.
I just got an email about a new kind of deal called "Groupon Now!" You get the same kind of 50% off deals for restaurants, but the only stipulation is that you have to use the Groupon in the timeframe specified by the restaurant. This is usually the same day, or the day after. You just enter your zip and pick from the handful of restaurants offering deals right now. I'm going to Valley Forge pizza tomorrow!
When I logged into my Groupon account to buy today's regular groupon, it said I had a $5 credit to use towards my first Groupon Now! deal. Valley Forge pizza was offering $10 worth of food for $5, so voila, I just got a free lunch!

Unfortunately, you can only use this credit once (unless you have multiple Groupon accounts with different email addresses), and it has to be used by 10/31.
What if you buy a deal and something comes up? No prob! If you don't view or print the voucher before the deal expires, Groupon will automatically refund you. If you print it but not use it, you can contact Groupon to get a refund!

So who else is getting free (or really cheap) lunch?
