Information about Aging and Senior Care Topics

Hello!  My name is Dara Trout and my husband and I run the local Seniors Helping Seniors franchise in Western Montgomery and Upper Bucks County.  

As part of our community service mission, we write a blog on senior topics.  Some of our recent topics have included discussions of memory, sleep, and dementia. Every week we post 2 or 3 articles with new topics and information.  Each article gives you an overview of the topic and some links to more detailed information if you are interested.
