The Spring-Ford Boys Lacrosse team did not start preparing for their championship win this week or even this season... it's been a long time in the making.  For all their perseverance, I can't think of a group of kids that deserve the championship title more.  (Yes, I'm a proud mom of one of them!)

 They don't come together on the field as a team, they come together day in and day out as "LAX Bros" (as my son affectionately calls his teammates).  I'm sure the other players' parents will agree that year round our boys have been participating in this league or on that team, bonding and preparing for moments like these.  Some of the boys are mentoring and guiding the younger generation getting them ready for their future championship games to come.  The time they play, eat and spend together off the field has taken them to oneness on the field.  This win would not have happened otherwise.

Coach Kevin Donnelly, you and the boys make us proud guys!  Thank you for a great season.  I can't wait to cheer you on again this time next year when you repeat.
