Empowering U Center Invites You

The Empowering U Center located at 511 W. Main Street in Trappe, along with Pillars of Light and Love, will be offering workshops, symposiums, seminars, Retreat Days, Yoga, Zumba and activities for all ages, designed to help empower you to lead an abundant, confident, courageous, motivated, inspired and beautiful life. Facilitators of workshops and events include; Published Authors, Life, Nutrition and Fitness Coaches, Teachers, Wellness Practitioners and Business Professionals.
