Cardio Ballet is a ballet infused fitness class that blends concepts from classical ballet and modern fitness into a low impact workout designed to improve posture, balance and core strength. Cardio Ballet is a challenging mix of muscle conditioning exercises including battements (leg lifts), plies (squats), fondus (one leg squats) and other movements that will help lengthen, strengthen and energize your entire body. The class incorporates 30 minutes of standing ballet cardio work and 30 minutes of pure muscle conditioning and lengthening to develop a stronger and more flexible body.
