FREEZE at Studio Sweat in Lady of America

Three words….isometric muscle exhaustion. Strength training exercises will be held in an isometric freeze repetitively until muscle exhaustion occurs. Cardio intervals will keep fat burning and constantly shocking the body. 30 min intense training.
