Spring Valley YMCA incites women to register for Ladies Night Out, a free, entertaining and informational evening, focusing on women's health, on March 1 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Y.
The event will feature educational seminars, free health screenings, chair massages, refreshments, raffle prizes and information booths.
