All eyes to the sky in the month of May!
The classic “Pennies-A-Pound” airplane rides will be offered to the public by the “Ninety-Nines” , International Organization of Women Pilots. Entry to the airport is free, airplane rides for 15 cents a pound! (see link to flyer.)
Engage your curiosities about airplanes, airports and flying. Walk-up to airplanes, ask questions, and meet pilots or fellow aviation fans. (This will be Day 2 of Pennies-A-Pound this weekend, although the larger Open House at Heritage Field takes place only on Saturday May 19th.)

And don’t be don’t be confused by the name! Heritage Field is the new name for the former Pottstown Limerick Airport on Ridge Pike between Limerick and Pottstown.
p.s.- As always, anything related to aviation does depend upon the weather and avilability of aircraft and pilots!
