Spring-Ford Area Historical Society will meet April 13 at 7:30 p.m., at Royersford VFW.
George Vinter Sr., will speak about Colonial Toys. George is an early American re-enactor, demonstrating 18th and 19th century toys, games and other items used during our country's early years. Learn about the horn book, dolls, rolling hoops, games of graces, fox and geese and other games still being played today.
The program will last about an hour, followed by refreshments and a question and answer forum.
