Fire Battled At Linfield Home

LINFIELD, PA — Emergency crews are on the scene at a home in Linfield Thursday.

The incident was first reported at around 10:52 a.m. at a home on Gristmill Lane, near the intersection with Fieldstone Lane.

It's not yet clear what caused the incident. Smoke from the home could be seen from some distance away, and flames were visible coming from the garage of the home.

Residents of the house have been evacuated safely, according to one source.

EMS units from the Trappe Fire Company Ambulance, along with the Linfield Fire Department, are on the scene.

Crews were still responding to the incident as of around 1 p.m. Thursday.
