Girls Hoops Heading to States

“My part is mainly defense,” said Stipa, a cat-quick 5-foot-5 sophomore. “Offense will come to me. If my shot’s on in the beginning, that’s fine. But if not,I work on my defense.”

“I look to shut a person down first before I look for my shot,” echoed Moore, a 5-5 junior. “I look for tips, steals and stuff like that, and it gets me going.”
