Hoping for some Help!

I am hoping for some help or if someone can point me in a direction that I haven't checked out yet. I am a single mom of a 13yr old (who lives with his dad) and a 2yr old daughter (who has some physical disabilities). I am currently a live in Nanny but the family I work for is moving to Sanatoga and downsizing, I will continue to work for them but will not be a live in. I am in a tough spot for finding housing and I am not sure if where else I can try except for what I already have done.

I have contacted Montgomery County Housing Authority (I am on a wait list), Self-Determination Housing Project of PA, a Community Connections Navicate in Pottstown, called Low Income Landlords and Section 8 Housing complexes and Home of The Sparrow. I am limited because I do not have a bank account and my job pays me through cash and I have an outstanding balance with PECO Energy. I have made so many calls and emails but I can not catch any breaks because I either find something I can afford but it's 1 person occupancy so I can't bring my daughter or I can't verify my income w/out a bank account. I do have a notarized letter from the family to verify my income. I am truly at my wits end and have NO idea where to turn!

I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment (can be a basement apt, inlaw suite, above a garage apt, etc) because of still paying off PECO, I would need utilities included.

I have no friends or family that can take us in. My ultimate goal is to be living near my son in Pottstown. (He didn't want to come w/me when I took this job because of school.) I want a place I can call home.
