How to Dispose of Your Christmas Tree in Limerick Township

LIMERICK, PA -- Christmas has come and gone, and it's time to start thinking about disposing of that drying-out Christmas tree.

The between time between Christmas and New Years is when most Christmas Tree fires happen, fire officials said.

Limerick Township will hold a Christmas tree drop off at Limerick Community Park from Dec. 26 to Jan 31. Officials ask that residents leave all trees inside of the fenced area and to remove all bags, lights, ornaments , and wire from the trees.
