Julia's Palooza is November 12th

The 4th annual Julia’s Palooza to benefit Julia’s Grace Foundation will be held on November 12, 2016. This two-part event consists of a Family Fun Fair from noon to 4 p.m. with a $5 admission fee and a Beef and Beer from 7 p.m. to midnight with a $30 admission fee. The events will take place at the Friendship Firehouse located at 269 Green Street, Royersford, PA 19468. Both events include music, food and Julia’s favorite, waffles and ice cream. The evening event also features a basket drawing and wine pull. Tickets for both events can be purchased in advance at www.juliasgracefoundation.org or at the door while supplies last.

Julia’s Grace Foundation was created to honor the dreams and wishes of cancer patient Julia Grace Eveland, (2004-2013) from Royersford, PA. Julia’s mother, Janet Miller-Eveland reveals, “Right before Julia lost her battle, she shared a list of ten things with us to “make us happy” for when we needed it.” This list (available on the Foundation’s website, www.juliasgracefoundation.org ) provides the heart of the Julia Grace’s Foundation’s “HUGS”.

Julia’s Grace Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 charity, founded to continue Julia's work of bringing happiness to children with cancer and their families. The Foundation helps children with cancer and their families by providing support to make days “normal”. Remembering that kids need to be kids and everyone needs a “hug,” the Julia’s Grace Foundation offers opportunities for special family moments, whether at home, in the hospital or at public events and venues. The Foundation also grants assistance or “graces” to families experiencing financial hardship due to the direct result of a child’s cancer treatment and care, raises money to be used to fund childhood cancer research projects, and works to increase public awareness of childhood cancer.
