Lifelong Member, Former Chief Of Royersford Fire Department Passes Away
Breaking: Royersford firefighting icon Kenneth Wadsworth has passed away. He served the local community for six decades.

ROYERSFORD, PA -- A longtime Royersford firefighting icon has passed away.
Royersford's Kenneth Wadsworth has been serving the community for six decades.

"It is with a heavy heart the RFD announces the passing of Past President and Life Member Kenneth Wadsworth. Ken joined the RFD in 1957. He served as Chief of the Department in 1979 - 1980 and 1982 - 1983. He also served as Treasurer for 20 years. Ken was a great asset to the company for 60 years and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ken's family during this difficult time. Funeral arrangements and other information will be passed along when it becomes available. RIP BROTHER."
