BOARD COMMENDS TOWNSHIP POLICE OFFICERS
At their meeting on Tuesday, October 6th, the Limerick Board of Supervisors honored members of the Township Police Department for exemplary service in the line of duty. “We are very proud of these Officers and all the men and women of our police force who put themselves in harm’s way when they answer the call of service.” states Board Chairman Thomas J. Neafcy, Jr. The full ceremony which bestowed Commendations and Unit Citations on the Officers, can be viewed on the Township's Facebook Video Page: https://www.facebook.com/LimerickTownshipPA/videos/?ref=page_internal.
“At a time when it is increasingly difficult to be a Police Officer, the Township is very fortunate for the dedication and high level of unbiased public safety protection the entire department provides to our wonderful Limerick Community” further states Chairman Neafcy.
