Limerick Establishes 'Safe Spot' For Internet Sales

LIMERICK, PA — A section of the Limerick Police station parking lot is now designated as an Internet sale safe zone.

Police announced Friday that there had been a great deal of interest from the public in establishing such a zone, and that it was a consideration when designing the new department headquarters.

The safe exchange zone is clearly posted in the front parking lot near the flagpoles.

Police said there are several security cameras in place looking over the area.
