Limerick Township Real Estate Market Statistics

The June 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Montgomery County in June 2014, settled single family homes were down 6.21% from the previous year.  The average sales price of the homes sold was $319,000 up .63% from last year.  Looking at our surrounding counties; Bucks County was down 4.89% in settled single family homes with an average sales price of $333,000, Chester County was down 8.93% at $360,000, Delaware County was down 6.07% at $360,000 and lastly Philadelphia County was down 9.20% in settled single family homes, at an average sales price of $184,000.

Narrowing in to the local Limerick Township, 25 single family homes settled in June 2014.  Out of these 25, 17 were 4 or more bedroom homes, 5 were 3 bedroom, and 3 were 2 bedroom homes.  The average sales price of these settled homes was $322,583 and sold for an average of 97% of their original list price.  18 of the 25 homes settled in June, sold within their first 30 days on the market!  Are you thinking about buying or selling a home?
