Linfield Trappe Road Closing Tuesday, Wednesday
The road is closing to accommodate shoulder widening work Tuesday and Wednesday in Upper Providence.
UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA — A portion of Linfield Trappe Road in Upper Providence Township is closing Tuesday and Wednesday, according to PennDOT.
The road will close from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20 and Wednesday, Aug. 21 for shoulder widening.
PennDOT said the closed area is between Township Line Road and Ridge Pike/Main Street.

During the closure, Linfield Trappe Road motorists will be directed to use Township Line Road and Ridge Pike/Main Street.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the construction area because slowdowns may occur.
