UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PA — Local police in the greater Upper Providence and Phoenixville areas are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man wanted for animal ahuse charges.Kevin Graves, 53, of Royersford, faces counts of aggravated animal cruelty. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 250 pounds. Specific details on Graves' actions were not made immediately available by police.
