Man Wanted For Fraud In Upper Providence: Police

UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying a fraud suspect in Upper Providence Township.

The man, pictured above and below, is in his 30s or 40s and has a goatee.

He appears in surveillance photos with a cast on his left arm.

Police did not provide specifics on his case, though the surveillance photos issued to the public appear to be from a bank where the fraud took place.
