Police said he arrived at his ex-girlfriend's home on Longmeadow Road in Limerick at around noon on Friday, Sept. 22. When Amy Hermann, 48, answered the door, Feldman asked for her daughter, according to police.

"How is she doing?" police said Feldman asked, to which Hermann responded that he shouldn't be there.

"I have something (for her)," Feldman then allegedly said, before pulling out a long-barreled handgun and shooting Hermann twice, once in the neck and once in the chest. She is expected to survive her injuries.

Police said Feldman took several more shots at her which apparently misfired. He then entered the house, took Hermann's cell phone, and fled the scene. Feldman later called Hermann's daughter, his ex-girlfriend, on her mother's phone, and told her, "I wanted you to feel my pain," the affidavit of probable cause states.
