Man Who Led Cops on Chase Through Montco, Chesco With Child In Car Captured: Police

Pennsylvania State Police arrested on Thursday night the man who led authorities on a chase through Montgomery, Chester, and Berks counties on Tuesday night. John Michael Soto, 24, was arrested without incident at a home in Union Township, authorities said.

Soto fled from police in Robeson Township on Tuesday night when they tried to pull him over. He then fled through multiple municipalities across Montgomery and Chester counties until he finally drove into a lawn in Colebrookdale Township, police said.

Soto then got out of the car and fled on foot, leaving his four-year-old child and wife in the car, according to authorities.
