Montco K-9 Jerry Receives Body Armor Donation
Great news for a beloved local K-9 Officer.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Great news for a beloved local K-9 Officer: K-9 Jerry has received the donated protective vest which was formally donated to him earlier this year.
The bullet and stab protective vest comes from Vested Interest in K9s, a nonprofit working to provide lifesaving body armor for working dogs around the county. The donated vest has a value between $1,744 and $2,283, according to officials.
The vest will be embroidered with a memorial for a fallen K9 officer: "In memory of K9 Rocco, Pittsburgh Bureau of Police."
