Montco Man Admits To Raping Woman Who Passed Out After Drinking: Report
The victim had too much to drink and was unconscious in her bed when the man had sex with her.

POTTSTOWN, PA -- A Pottstown man admitted to raping a woman who had passed out after a long night of drinking with her friends.
Jason Edward Henderson, 30, of West Chestnut Street, had been out with the defendant on that night on February 6, 2015, a report states.
The victim had too much to drink and when she passed out, was incapable of saying no, prosecutors alleged, according to the report.

The group went out to a Philadelphia nightclub and when they came to back to the victim's West Pottsgrove apartment to sleep, Hendeson went into the victim's room and began having sex with her, the Pottstown Mercury reports.
A friend of the victim's intervened, and the victim, who did not know what had happened, went to the hospital to be examined.

Henderson faces a maximum of 16 to 32 years in prison, the report states.
