Montco Pediatrician Had Sexually Explicit Photos of Children: DA
A Montgomery County pediatrician had numerous sexually explicit images of children on his phone, according to authorities.
A Montgomery County pediatrician has been arrested for possessing sexually explicit images of children, the District Attorney's office announced on Wednesday.
David S. Kennedy, 48, a physician with Personal Care Pediatrics in Pennsburg, allegedly had the images on a phone that he gave to a nurse in his office to use for work, the DA said.
The nurse was given the phone to handle after-hours calls for the pediatrician's office over the Thanksgiving holiday, according to authorities. When she discovered the sexually graphic photos and alerted authorities, the ensuing investigation revealed Kennedy as the culprit.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21.
