Preparing applications for Photo IDs, Social Security cards, birth certificates, and voter registration
- Photo ID application—may require your
1. Social Security card
2. birth certificate with a raised seal, certificate of naturalization,
certificate of US citizenship OR valid US passport
3. two proofs of residency (utility bills, lease or mortgage
documents, W-2, tax return, medical bill, etc.). - Social Security card application—free
- PA birth certificate application
