New Center For Stress and Life Management Open!

Non-Profit Organization, Pillars of Light and Love to become main tenant at the all new Empowering U Center for Stress and Life Management

Non-Profit Organization, Pillars of Light and Love to become main tenant at the all new Empowering U Center for Stress and Life Management on January 1, 2016. The Empowering U Center located at 511 W. Main Street in Trappe, along with Pillars of Light and Love, will be offering workshops, symposiums, seminars, Retreat Days, Yoga, Zumba and activities for all ages, designed to help empower you to lead an abundant, confident, courageous, motivated, inspired and beautiful life. Facilitators of workshops and events will include; Published Authors, Life, Nutrition and Fitness Coaches, Teachers, Wellness Practitioners and Business Professionals. Topics and workshops being offered at the center will include: Time and Stress Management, Life and Relationship Skills including Dealing with Bullies, Overcoming Addictions, Loving Those with Addictions, Decreasing Anxiety and Worry, Handling the Stress of Being a Caregiver to those with a Difficult Diagnosis, plus Depression, Post Traumatic Stress, as well as Loss and Grief Support. Grand Opening- The grand opening for the Empowering U center is scheduled for Sunday January 17th from 12-3pm. Light fare will be served and guests can meet some of the workshop facilitators, as well as sample services. Off-site events 2016 – Most recently, Pillars of Light and Love held an Empowering U experiential workshop at the Valley Forge Radisson Hotel, which was open to the public and was a huge success. Keynote speakers included Jon Cheplak, Professional Speaker and Author of Interrupt the Pattern, and Darryl Davis, Professional Speaker, Entertainer and Author of How to Design a Life Worth Smiling About. Pillars of Light and Love, is a non-profit organization launched in March 2015 by local business owner, Kathy Opperman.
