New Senior Living Center To Break Ground In Limerick
Construction is set to begin in the summer of 2017 on a new senior living center in Limerick Township.

LIMERICK, PA --A new senior living community might soon be breaking ground in Limerick.
Arcadia at Limerick Pointe, a project orchestrated by Signature Realty Advisors and Vantage Point Retirement Living, will be located at the intersection of Limerick’s Swamp and Ridge Pikes. Construction is set to begin in summer 2017, and doors will open in late 2018.
The project is still finalizing approvals and designs which must be completed before construction begins.

According to realtors, the community will feature 156 total units: 84 for independent living, 40 assisted living/personal care, and 32 for memory care.
Residents will be able to select from a wide variety of apartment styles, including studio and standard rooms to two-bedroom apartments at 1,100 square feet.

Organizers say that the homes will be among the largest in the area available for seniors.
“Seniors who reside in the Limerick area deserve a senior living option that any person, of any age, would be proud to call home," said Greg Stevens, president of Vantage Point Retirement Living.
Community amenities and gathering areas will include multiple dining options, a state-of-the-art theater, fitness center, on-site salon, pub lounge, outdoor gathering areas with fire pits and water features, and much more.
