New Senior Living Community Breaks Ground In Limerick
A new 160-unit senior living community will open in Limerick at some point in 2020.
LIMERICK, PA — A new senior living center has officially broken ground in Limerick, owners announced Monday.
Arcadia at Limerick Pointe, located near the intersection of Swamp Pike and Ridge Pike, will feature 160 independent, assisted, and memory care units.
"Arcadia is much more than a rental community for seniors. In fact, it’s perfect for active seniors who want to spend more time enjoying their retirement and less time on household chores and maintenance," said Greg Stevens, the president of Vantage Point Retirement Living, which owns the facility. "We’re proud to offer many of the same independent living services and amenities typically found in an entrance-fee community without the large upfront cost."
