For this session we will explore the art of quilling by making a winter/holiday card with a quilled snowflake on the front. All you need is a piece of wax paper or other material to protect your work surface, some tacky white glue and tweezers.
You can pick up a free kit at the Montgomery County – Norristown Library containing the other needed materials. We look forward to our crafting together for a “quilling” good time!
