One Injured After Van Flips On Main Street In Limerick: Officials

A van flipped over onto its side on Main Street in Limerick on Wednesday morning, officials said.

LIMERICK, PA -- Limerick police are investigating an accident that occurred Thursday morning on Main Street.

The incident occurred at 8:27 a.m. near the intersection with Limerick Center Road, authorities said.

A white van flipped onto its side and came to rest in the middle of the roadway.

Linfield Fire Company No. 1, Limerick Fire Company, and Ridge Fire Company all responded to the scene.

It's not yet clear what caused the accident.

Crews were initially called to the scene of a vehicle rescue, but the driver had made it out of the car by the time first responders arrived. His condition is unknown.
