Officials are hopeful that the Main Street-Linfield Bridge can be reopened by June.

LIMERICK, PA -- Officials are hopeful that the Main Street-Linfield Bridge can be reopened by late June.
Construction to repair the bridge, which runs over the Norfolk Southern Railroad, began back on Feb. 18.
The bridge, which was built in 1968, requires a new parapet and bridge deck, as well as sidewalk and protective fencing. Crews will also repair the abutment and pave approaches to the bridge.
