Ms. Gayer, known for her many roles on the international opera stage, focuses her prodigious talents as a singer and actress on the Great American Songbook and Broadway in a cabaret performance: RENAISSANCE: NOTES FROM ITALY. The show vividly evokes the memory of an Italian adventure Ms. Gayer shared with her daughter, as they wandered by foot and bus through beautiful Italy, with a repertoire inspired by sights, sounds, music, emotions and aromas along the way. The music is linked with stories of family, wistful thoughts of home & love, life and la dolce vita. Pure Imagination, Three Coins in a Fountain, O Solo Mio, Al Di La, Together Wherever We Go and Be Italian!, are just a few of the songs included in this delectable musical memoir.
