Officials said a "defect" was found in the rail tracks, leading to the closure.
ROYERSFORD, PA — A rail crossing in Royersford was shut down Wednesday due to a issue with the tracks, officials said.
The "defect" in the tracks was discovered at the crossing at 2nd Avenue and Arch Street early Wednesday afternoon.
Repair crews are on the scene.
